Refund policy

At Espoir we hope that you are delighted with your order, but if for some reason you are not, we have set out below a summary of your rights.

Returns

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused, and in its original packaging. We will also require proof of purchase.

When you return your parcel, please retain your proof of postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit. Please ensure that the returned parcel is properly sealed.

Please note that postage fees for returns are at the cost of the buyer. 

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
